Cancellation Policy

A payment in full is required to secure your place(s) on any activity. Cancellation Policy:  If Kelly Duffy Adventures (KDA) cancels your activity due to unforeseen circumstances ie. illness or extreme weather then a full refund will be offered unless an alternative date or activity can be agreed. In the event of adverse weather conditions, an alternative indoor activity for climbing can be offered.  ​ KDA will offer a full refund if an activity is cancelled with 30 days prior notice before the activity date. Cancellation within the 29 days prior to an activity will unfortunately not be refunded, but an alternative date can be offered. Please get in contact to make alternative arrangements as soon as possible to secure another date.
